RESUMO
In this paper we present an in silico study about immune tolerance, where phase transitions have been observed when antigen dosages were varied in virtual samples. Using a dynamical model to study the behavior of the immune system - presented in a previous edition of the International Symposium on Mathematical and Computational Biology -, we have identified changes in the clonal memory capacity for minimum antigen concentration.
