A FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES EGRESSOS DO CURSO VEREDAS/UFV: PERCORRENDO OPINIÕES, EXPERIÊNCIAS E METAS

RESUMO

This work is a result of an inquiry of master s degree that has the Project Course of Superior Formation of Teachers of the Federal University of Viçosa (VEREDAS/UFV) as study object. To present research had the objective to know the opinion of the ex-students of the Project VEREDAS/UFV on his initial formation and to identify which type of relation is established, for them, between the process of formation the distance and his professional existence, to focus the: pedagogic practice; professional posture and relationship interpersonal. To understand that thematic, there for were looked the contributions of the field of the Education Politics, of the Teaching Formation and of the Education the Distance, here represented by authors as Nóvoa, Schön, Lessard e Tardif, Brzezinski, Pimenta, Belloni and others. That research was based on previous study carried out with the same subjects students of the VEREDAS/UFV for occasion of the development of the course to which they were linked. In the present investigation, there was done use of questionnaire that was applied to same thirty eight students focused in the previous research. One opted for the quantitative investigation that disposed of the Program Statistical Package will be a Social Sciences (SPSS) for analysis of the data. Two dimensions of analysis were identified: the turned one to the profile biographical-partner of the ex-students and other one on the impacts of the formation in the teaching acting. The treatment of the informations made possible the discussion of the data according to two approaches: the identitária, including the profile and aspects of the run of the ex-students and, a professional who comprised the formation in Paths and the impact of the course in current practice. On the identity it is possible to be said that it still loads characteristics of the teachers history in Brazil: feminização abundant, conditions precarious of work, difficulties in the conciliation of the time, deficient plan of run, choice of the profession marked by taste, vocation or lack of option. In the professional aspect, the formation appears in the form elevated enough by the ex-students, registering pleasurable activities, like the participation in cultural activities, you conquer like the organization of groups of study and, also moments cruciais like the writing of the monograph. The data also treated the trouble faced in the course, the opinion on the components curriculares, the outstanding contributions and the marks established in the personal and professional extents. Progresses in pedagogic practice, like the improvement of the actions in her developed, the aprimorament of the relationship with students, marked by the respect to the differences and the adoption of new postures in front of the daily situations gained distinction. The results signal for the necessity of bigger caution in the definition of the media, of the attendance tutorial, of the definition curricular and of the process evaluative adopted by the courses of initial formation and the distance. Of right, changes were begun, barriers are broken and dreams keep on making part of the profession of these teachers
