RESUMO
As part of the normal everyday operation of a hospital, vast amounts of nursing personnel data are generated and recorded in a nearly irretrievable form as a result of ineffective processing of employees' time cards. A major purpose of this investigation is to demonstrate how, with a small amount of additional effort, any hospital using a computerized accounting system can develop this data into forms useful for decision making.
