Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery: Scintigraphic diagnosis with Tc 99m lung scan

RESUMO
A case of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is reported. The diagnosis was made on the basis of characteristic Tc 99m lung scan findings and was confirmed by subsequent angiocardiography and surgery.
