RESUMO
The object of their work is the study of Joint Ventures from its establishment, and evolution as a sociable mechanism accepted by judicial authorities to set up partnerships, and new business among national and international companies. To do that, it was important to check the new economic international order, especially the one concerning the main character, the transnational company. This enterprise will be deeply analyzed so that one can check its influence, interference, and contribution to the main object of this work. By proceeding an investigation on legal procedures, and the international capital performance in this Country, one could be helped to understand and to set a background of partnerships among companies in accordance with Brazilian law. It was also very important to verify and to study the economic globalization, and its impact on national and international laws. The author also discussed the performance of Joint Ventures between two important Argentine and Brazilian companies to show the usual practice of this economic issue. Ultimately, the purpose of this work from the very beginning was to clear up the systematic scholars opinions on the subject, and to enounce some thoughts the author believes to be important to legal understanding of this matter
