Assay of materials used in immunofluorescence techniques

RESUMO
Samples of commercially available fluorescein isothiocyanate and conjugated antispecies globulins were evaluated. Only one of the samples was of very high quality. There was great variation in the quality of the conjugated globulin solutions and even the best of them showed defects.
