RESUMO

When approaching a sports arena, it is normal to have children and young people practicing some sport, either collectively or individually. The mainly objective of this assignment is to evaluate the effects of the sport activity to the interaction among a group of people that presents hearing deficiency with a group of listener people in four matches of a five-a-side football through the quantity of the number of passes and the choice of the leader. It was achieved a field work, with intervention that constitutes in the evaluation of young listener and not listener among 16 and 30 years old with the average year 23; 6 years (50). All of them single and students resident in Rio Verde GO. It was applied a sociometrical test in order to choose a possible leader before and after the championship to each one listener or not listener participant that didnt obtain any contact before the survey. In the activities, observed the gradual development of the members increasing the number of passes between listeners and DAS. At the first activity that consists in general with 118 passes and in the last one with 254, so, the percentual difference between the first and the last was significant with a difference of 115% of increasing the number of passes. Evaluating the recovery of the number of the passes during the game ANOVA was used at a significance level of P<0.05, the result was reached P=0.066. In conclusion, we know that after the performance evaluation of DAs and listeners in the activities, it was proven the importance of sport activity, in this case represented by five-a-side football, and especially participation in socialization, motivation and higher quality of life for members of group. In this context, we highlight the importance of social inclusion of deaf people, and through sporting activities undertaken, it was possible to see positive results on the performance and integration of these, proving thereby that they have the ability to develop skills and adapt to the environment in which they live.
