RESUMO

The generalization target?s behavior worked in programs of intervention has been emphasized by all those professionals who are concerned about the extension of the effects of proposed actions. In this sense researches that evaluate programs to teach social skills has been included tested in its procedures and been systematized in his proceedings to plan the generalization. Among these strategies, using sufficient stimulus exemplars have shown effective results in relation to the scope of the general target?s behavior for other contexts. The objective of this study valued the effects of this strategy for the generalization of behavior of social interaction previously trained described as Share /Cooperate. The research was realized in a public school in a town of State São Paulo with three six-year-old children who were the presenting, the second evaluation, and low percentage of emission from the behavior of social interaction with their friends. The training target?s behavior was realized by six teachers of the school and after their learned was included in training of variation stimulus. The target?s behaviors, from the baseline, were measured in the context of training (place where the target?s behaviors were modeled) and in the context of generalization ( place where they was valued the generalization). The research was developed under a multiple baseline design and the results showed the effectiveness of training to increase frequency of emission answers to conduct described by target?s behavior. It is also distinguished that generalization of the social skills to new teachers and peers did not occur until generalization programming strategy were applied in the original training setting. These results point the need to plan the widespread during the interventions, and show that using sufficient stimulus exemplars effective strategy for this purpose, thus this way, future researches and tests using this strategy so that the results of operations may extend to other contexts besides of training.
