RESUMO
New complexes bis-chloro, tetrachloro and dicarboxylate (a - diiminic) platinum (II) were synthesized. The neutral ligands were the a-diiminic heterocyclic derivatives of phenantroline, 2,2 -bipyridine, tryazine and pyrazine: 2,3-bis(2-pyridil)pyrazine (DPP); 2,2 ,4 ,2",6",2" - quaterpyridine (QTPY): 2,2 - bipyridine-ketone (BPYKE); 4,4 -diphenyl-2.2 -bipyridine (DFBPY); 4,4- dimethyl- 2,2 -bipyridine (DMBPY); 2,9-dimetyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10 phenantroline disulfonic salt (batocuproine- BCP); 2-[5,6- Bis(4-sulfophenyI)-1,2,4-tryazine-3-yl] -4-(4-sulfophenyl)pyridine (STSPY) and the anionic ligands ethylmalonate (ETMAL) and 1,1 -cyclobutane dicarboxylate (CBDCA). The precursor materiaIs were cis-[Pt(DMSO)2CI2] (1), [Pt (COD) CI2) (2), [Pt(DPP)Cl2] (6) (DMSO = dimethylsulfoxide, COD = 1,5 -cyclooctadiene). We started from (1) to synthesize the complexes [Pt(DPP)Cl2) (6). [Pt2(DPP)CI4 (7). [Pt(DPP)(CBDCA)](4b). [Pt(DPP)(ETMAL)] (4a), [Pt2(DPP)(CBDCA)2) (5b), [Pt(QTPY)(ETMAL)) (8a). [Pt(QTPY)(CBDCA)] (8b). [Pt2(QTPY)(CBDCA)2] (9b), [Pt(BCP) (CBDCA)] (13b). [Pt(STSPY) (CBDCA)] (14b). [Pt(BPYKE)(CBDCA)] (12b). [Pt(BPYKE) (ETMAL)] (12a). [Pt(DMBPY)(ETMAL)] (10a). [Pt(DMBPY)(CBDCA)] (10b), [Pt(DFBPY) (ETMAL)] (11a) e [Pt(DFBPY)(CBDCA)] (11b). To prepare the bimetallic complex [Pt2(COD)(DPP)(ETMAL))(ETMAL)] (3), was utilized the precursor 2. The chloride complexes with DPP were also prepared from K2PtCl4 and the dicarboxylate compounds from 6. AlI complexes were characterized by NMR H,C (compound 3), Pt, UV/Vis, IR spectroscopies and elemental anaIysis data, The eIectron transference process, through metallic centers in the dicarboxylate DPP complexes, was evaluated by cyclic voltametry experiments. Some of the new compounds were submitted to inhibition enzymatic trials. Preliminaries microcalometric tests afforded the heat or 13 b interactions with DNA.
