RESUMO

This study intends to analyze work relationships developed on International Organisms, through the International Technique Cooperation Agreements, challenges, importance and its current perspectives, to identify there its juridical effects focused on institute of the jurisdiction immunity and on the perspective of Brazilian legal system. In a first moment will be examined theories and concepts of international relations that involve International Technique Cooperationâs (CooperaÃÃo TÃcnica Internacional â CTI) coordination. Then, will be discussed contracting themes, immunities, competence and technique cooperation agreements between Brazil and other International Organisms. And, finally, work relationships on the circumstance of cooperation agreements and its juridical effects centred on Ministry of International Relations, State Accounts Courts and the Work Justice, agencies that are dealing employeesâ and advisorsâ contracting from Technique Cooperation Agreements and Brazilian State.
