RESUMO

This material springs from a practical investigative work on voice based on the principie of natural, intuitive sensorial knowledge of the body. The text explains the various investigative stages in the process of collecting and analysing both experiments and pedagogical theories on the actor s voice, in establishing guidelines on the issues of body awareness and sensorial learning and also in the development of the artistic/poetic composition of the theatrical play "Voz Mercê"
