Dimensão humana da formação docente : um estudo a partir de documentos de curso de licenciatura e da opinião de coordenadores, professores e alunos

RESUMO
The present study highlights the human dimension as a component of Teachers pedagogical education. Its general objective is to discuss and analyze aspects / elements of graduate teaching licensureship courses curricula, which may contribute to the background of a teacher who shows more commitment to the humane aspects involved in teaching. This study intends to characterize the future teachers formation process by means of an analysis regarding Teaching Licensureship Courses Political-Pedagogical Projects, with the aim of recognizing which aspects can most interfere with the more humane-focused professional education and with the objective of identifying the knowledge pertaining the human dimension in teachers education within teaching licensure courses subjects, from the perspective of Geography, Languages, Mathematics and Pedagogy. The research, which is mostly of a qualitative nature, comprises the following methodological procedures for data collection: the documental analyses of all Teaching Licensure Courses Political-Pedagogical Projects investigated as well as their curricula; and interviews with courses coordinators and questionnaires answered by students and teachers. The findings show that there is a concern about the humane aspect in teachers education, which is explicit in the documents analyzed and in FECILCAMS participants speech and points out great advances in institutional proposals. Such results allow the conclusion of this research study with the indication that there is a consensus among subjects involved in teachers education, as regards the importance that first levels of higher education place on the humane dimension of teaching as a pedagogical attribute to be worked on.
