RESUMO

The idea of doing this work is due the lack of tools that permit the organizations priorize their investments they have to do for when it is made an analyze of an investment, basically it is used only the economic analyze of it. But some investments can be very strategic for an organization continues to exist. In the particular case of the chemical industries, this is very common because this segment has still been seen by the population as a whole as a dangerous industrial segment and that causes environmental damages been, so that, a constant target for the ambientalists. Therefore , in order to donât have their business affected by restrictions in the purchase of their products by a society each time more exigent and conscious , itâs not recommendable that the decision of realize or not certain investment taking in account only the return of the invested capital in it. So , in order to attend this demand is that it is presented in this work a methodology which takes in account the criteria of the competitive dimensions to priorize or even decide the execution of the investments. To test the proposed methodology, it was decided to use a study of case of a petrochemical industry, for the reasons formerly presented. Finally, it is concluded that the methodology is viable and can be applied and it is suggested a series of others works that can be made from this one here presented
