Ética e práticas sociais contemporâneas : a educação escolarizada e a constituição do agente moral

RESUMO

This research had as objective investigates the ethics while content in the politics contemporary curriculars seeking to explicit in that conditions she emerges in the official speeches in circulation in Brazil, in the decades of 1980 and 1990, placed as logical in the current project of school ration and as excellent element for the constitution of the subject. It was used as theoretical and methodological support Michel Foucault s references, trying to reconstitute a group of social practices that subsidized the movement of the Ethics, expliciting-if through the archaeological and genealogical analyses, in levels of implicit and explicit articulations; official and you don t officiate; the statement and the silence in the dominance relationships and subjection presents in our society and the constitution of the " subject of the school ". Through those ambiguous and contradictory relations it is that was looked for the different meanings of the ethics. As documental part was selected as representative the speeches and practices exercised in the Federal Constitution (1988), in the bill no. 1258-C (1988), the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (1996) and the Parameters National Curriculars, especially the Traverse Theme in Education - Ethics; tends as "locus" the school curriculum. In the face of the in definitions diversity, conflicts of interests, current uncertainties of those pedagogic contexts are observed the reductionism, the easy critic, the eclecticism and the idioms, that take the an in definition of which the sense of the national education and of the teaching of the own ethics, while social development, that don t extrapolate the rules and the diffuse interest of the State in the control of the own Brazilian society. The problemation of the ethics at the present time indispensable element is constituted for the fight against the government of the individualition, to which the modern State arrests us, fight that it should be undertaken, also, inside the school.
