RESUMO

The nets of companies have been study object since years 70 of the last century. The innovations equally have excited academic interest. This academic work has as objective to analyze the process of innovation in the interorganizational net formed from SAFs textile confections of clothes in Brusque/SC. The used method was quantitative with descriptive matrix, former-post fact; through the application of questionnaires with controllers; the cut was longitudinal, in the period of 1994 the 2004. The sample for convenience was composed for 85 of the 140 textile confections of clothes affiliated the Ampe-br. The strategies used in the final analysis had been the survey of the profile of the companies in study and the net formed for them through the application of the type of nets of Hoffmann, Molina-Morales and Martinez-Fernandez (2004); identification of the innovations implemented for the companies according to types of existing innovations; characterization of the diffusion process and implementation of the innovations in the net according to model of Rogers (1995); e finally, the verification of the actors facilitated and the made it difficult of this process in the net. The implemented innovations more are of the type management process, that had happened of radical form. They take knowledge of the innovations, mainly, through the support institutions. One also perceives that beyond the flexibility of the production with suppliers, the phase of the implementation of the innovation occurs with support of activities of P&D and the informal canals of communication regarding the confection industry. Already, the joined actors facilitated and made it difficult mention economic agents to it, knowledge; demand generators; the net and the institutions of support.
