l-Serine-Sensitive Mutants of Escherichia coli K-12

RESUMO
While attempting to isolate d-serine-sensitive mutants of Escherichia coli K-12, we found a class of mutants sensitive to low concentrations of l-serine (10 to 25 μg/ml).
