RESUMO
This paper aims at approach between Freuds theory and the context of pregnant women, more specific in illness situation. Originated form the desire to investigate in those pregnant patients, through the analysis of clinic sessions, subjective and inter-subjective appearances of this meeting of conditions: pregnancy and infectious diseases. For that have been used talks in clinic sessions of pregnant patients with toxoplasmosis attended in APAEGoiânias Prevention and Diagnostic Institute. Psychoanalysis account as referencing and theory basement for the referred clinical practice into the health ambit. Issues as woman and femininity; maternal desire and not desire; guilt; maternal mourning; maternity building; creation of the psychic space for the baby; mother/baby relation; illness, acceptability of the disease and adherence the treatment; and above all, ambivalence, will be discuss in this paper. The understanding of this conflict brings the possibility of elaboration. We began with one big question for, after the discussion, to be able to attain a new and different meet with the conflict, bringing him a new way, a new meaning.
