RESUMO

This Thesis is divided in two chapters. The first chapter describes the anchoring and characterization of the organometallics [(Cp)Rh(COD)] and [(Cp*)Rh(COD)] (Cp = cyclopentadiene, Cp* = pentamethylcyclopentadiene, e COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene in M´56Y zeolites (where, M´= Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs), H56Y and MCM-22. After thermal treatment under vacuum, the formation of [(Cp)Rh]-anchored in oxygen atoms from the structure, in the a-cage of zeolite Y, is observed. These systems were submitted to catalytic tests in hydrogenation reactions of alcenes, aromatic substrates and pyridine, as well as in the activation of the C-H bond of cyclohexene and cyclohexane. The results indicate that the catalysts are active in these reactions and that the catalytic performances are dependent on the zeolite type as well as of the extrastructure cations. The second chapter deals with the synthesis and characterization of mesoporous aluminophosphates and silicoaluminophosphates using aluminum sulphate as aluminum source, fumed silica and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as the structure-directing agent. The identification of the presence of acidic sites have been determined by adsorption of NH3 and CO.
