RESUMO

This work presents a philosophical perspective of the right that considers an understanding politics- philosophical on the freedom human being, materialize in objective terms, the Social Institutions of the Civil Society and in the concept of State, that Hegel detaches as organicly constituted with the purpose to accomplish the collective freedom considering the individual freedom as indispensable in the process. The freedom dispatches by post in a dimension of the collective one is the essential subject of the philosophy politics of Hegel. It considers a concrete accomplishment of the freedom in the scope of the right, that if effective through three constituent moments that dialectically are succeeded: the abstract right, the morality and the ethics. In such a way, the workmanship of Hegel will be analyzed Elements of the Philosophy of Right that presents the dialectic of the freedom in its process of completion. Mainly the third part of this entitled workmanship of ethical life where the process has its apex of accomplishment and understanding. In the ethical life, the family, the civil society and the State are the moments of the movement of the ethical spirit in the search for the reach of the concrete freedom. The passage of the ethical spirit, or objective spirit, goes to pursue a trajectory where the individual from an individual will becomes fulfilled itself fully in the community.
