RESUMO

This research had as objective understands the resistance behavior to the certification of organization of the civil society of public interest OSCIP, for organizations nonprofit of Vitória da Conquista (Ba), looking for to evaluate her perception about the new legal mark, through of certificate OSCIP, while proposal for institutionalization of the nonprofit sector. For so much, it was used of the research of the type quantitative with target of accomplish the profile of the conquistense nonprofit sector, his perception concerning the new legal mark and evaluation of the certificate OSCIP, having as focus the behavior absentee in relation to the recognition of public interest. Referred research made possible accomplish a range of data about this conquistense nonprofit sector, e his view on the new model of relationship Statesociety, through closed questionnaires, analysis of documents and interviews semi-structure with leaders of nonprofit organizations and of public character. The results revealed, still of exploratory way, that the conquistense nonprofit sector didnt assimilate of positive way the certificate OSCIP, because it ignores this new certificate as legitimate model of partnership with State, motivated by the possibility of losing fiscal benefits en reason of the temporary concomitance between OSCIP and old certifications that leading to her ignorance for most of the conquistense nonprofit organizations.
