RESUMO

Edgar Schein is one of the most known theorists of organizational analysis. Beginning in the field of organizational psychology is at the moment specially knew by his writings in organizational culture. Schein believes that the last is composed by basic assumptions, values and cultural artifacts. The first one is considered more importants because are in the basis of the others. Basic assumptions are inconscient and this is why psychoanalysis is the way of treating it correctly. The Freudian sociological literature is here a precious tool.
