This research alms at studying the "Quarteirão Paulista", an architectural complex composed of theatre, a hotel and a office s building in Ribeirão Preto city. It analyses the development of XV de Novembro Plaza, in front of this whole and your importance in growth of city, and the construction of the three buildings of the "Quarteirão". The works of the Quarteirão architect s, Hyppolito Gustavo Pujol Junior, and his academic s education were emphasized. Also it presents information about Theatro Pedro n and Palace Hotel s restoration and a Iconography Atlas
