RESUMO

This study is constituted, basically from two parts: one theorical, the bibliography review and other practical: the field research. Doing it feasible, many way were run, departing from the theorical reference. A lot ofauthors were consulted to verify how is the interaction between the school and the community. In the sense of crearing more about the school posture related to the cornmunity, forni generar concepts ofpower and authority and it is ana!ized the severa! manifestation of power. Still doing part of the analysis about the relationship between the school and community, it seek to prove throught the study of leadership and decision, the intuition relevance and the administration criativity and in the make up ones mmd. Understanding better the answers given in the field research, it makes necessary to accost about the human niotivation, needed element to the relations: school vs community. Ending the second chapter, it show up the necessity to focus on the participative management, as a significative form of envolving every segment ofone institution in its decisory process. In the third chapter, it seek to think over about the school and the elements of the new schoiar practice. Among them: the social function of the nowadays that should be enganed with the social transformation, its making allowance for the worry by interaction of those people that compose the school following. Looking for subsidy to this interaction self-support and participation comes by a substantial way, unfolding like presuppositions to a building of the true Politician Pedagogical Project. The field research, the second stage of this study is constituted of observations, scholar evety day living, showing up the relationship practices between the school and the community. After the analises and data discution, the living practics are pointed out in this study as subsity to the envolved in the process of interactions between school and communtty.
