The effect of spinal cord stimulation on idiopathic detrusor instability and incontinence: a case report.

RESUMO
A patient with long-standing symptoms of detrusor instability has been treated by electrical stimulation of the spinal cord. Stimulation abolished all symptoms and unequivocally inhibited episodes of instability.
