This study presents an approach on the application of performance indicators on supply chain management and logistic with the goal of exploring the links between these two concepts on the food industry. It describes the main concepts of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Performance Indicators, Information Systems and Worth Assessment. The study identifies the company environment and scenario and it is anchored in the core processes defined by the study itself as well as the information flow derived from related areas. This research, based on the theoretical support, identifies and analyses the current performance indicators and also proposes new ones
