Uma anÃlise do impacto redistributivo dos gastos sociais nas RegiÃes Metropolitanas do Nordeste

RESUMO

The tonic of this work analyzes the magnitude of the impact of the social expenses, acted by the variables: pension, insurance unemployment, transfer of income of social programs and school snack, in the income of the located families in the Metropolitan Areas of Fortaleza, Recife, Salvador, and SÃo Paulo, in the year of 2004. As a start point for this analysis was made a bibliographical revision about the theme and some works wich deserve prominences such as, IRARRÃZAVAL (1994) and SOARES (1999). Then informations were searched by the microdados of PNAD - Researches National of Home Sampling, IBGE, that were extremely treated in order to justify the theoretical exposions here directed. The approach highlights, so far as possible, relevant subjects that justify the expression of distribution impact of the social expenses in the Metropolitan Areas of the Northeast. In that sense, this work holds through debates on the State responsibility as regulator of the âexternalidadesâ, as well as to treat of the importance in studying the urban poverty in the Metropolitan Areas, soon afterwards to demonstrate the analysis of the obtained results
