RESUMO

This dissertation has the intention to analyze and to understand how and why some auto-management comunities, at a city Pelotas/RS, works. We review a few values instituted and instituting of this organization, which are produced by subjetivation process. The researchs subjects, women in majority, work with the population over twenty years, chiefly along questions linked at medicine alternative - medicinal plants, dispense medicines and health comunity - and occupational autonomy. About the methodologies, we used Oral History, Etnography Research and Sociopoetics together, and the data, from the diary, were analised by elements from analysis textual discoursive. With the narratives of the researchs subjects, we contextualized how they live and faces the reality, in auto-manegement/autoorganization process. With the rhizome and the narrative from the community of prision, we understand the production of subjectivity. We realized that these comunities last for a long time because the values built by Outridade at the three ecologies, in relations with cared love. The one re- territorialization makes values of fear of another one, that dificults the events and the social mobilization.
