1. Evaluation of the Properties of LaNiO3 Material Prepared by the Modified Proteic Method for Adsorption of Environmental Contaminants
LaNiO3 material was synthesized by modified proteic method, calcined at 900 °C/2 h in air atmosphere and was applied to remove environmental contaminants. LaNiO3 phase with a perovskite structure was formed in the calcined material, which has a surface area of 22 m2 g-1 and is formed by fine particles agglomerated, with pH of the zero charge point of 7.44.

2. Morphophysiological adjustments to shade of jaboticaba tree saplings
ABSTRACT We aimed to verify the morphophysiological changes in jaboticaba tree (Plinia peruviana (Poir.) Govaerts) saplings under shade gradient to improve knowledge on the appropriate light environmental conditions for the saplings production and field homogeneous or intercropping cultivation of this species. The saplings were grown under full sun and artif

4. USING SOUNDS PRODUCED BY PIGS TO IDENTIFY THERMONEUTRALITY ZONES FOR THERMAL ENVIRONMENT ASSESSMENT RATIOS
ABSTRACT Although dry bulb temperature (T) is the environmental variable most commonly used to classify thermal comfort in pigs, environmental assessment ratios provide more accurate information. The objective of this study was to correlate the sound pressure levels (SPL) produced by piglet vocalization with the thermal environment observed during the nurser

5. PRE- AND PERINATAL FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH WEIGHT GAIN AMONG PRESCHOOL CHILDREN ENROLLED AT DAY CARE CENTERS

6. Hatchability of gemmules of two Neotropical freshwater sponges (Porifera: Spongillida)
As gêm

9. Kidney anatomy, histology and histometric traits associated to renosomatic index in Gymnotus inaequilabiatus (Gymnotiformes: Gymnotidae)
Frag

10. Chromosomal variability in Brazilian species of Anthurium Schott (Araceae): Heterochromatin, polyploidy, and B chromosomes
Abstract The genus Anthurium has a Neotropical distribution, with karyotype predominance of x = 15, although some species show disploidy or polyploid variations. The karyotypes of seven species and different populations of Anthurium were analyzed using fluorochrome CMA and DAPI staining. The karyotypes were composed of meta- and submetacentric chromosomes, w

11. Inferring mating system parameters in forage peanut, Arachis pintoi, for Brazilian Amazon conditions

12. Spatial distribution of wood volume in Brazilian savannas
Abstract: Here we model and describe the wood volume of Cerrado Sensu Stricto, a highly heterogeneous vegetation type in the Savanna biome, in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, integrating forest inventory data with spatial-environmental variables, multivariate regression, and regression kriging. Our study contributes to a better understanding of the factor
