4. Rare Chronic Gastric Volvulus Associated with Left Atrial and Mediastinal Compression
We report a case of chronic gastric volvulus associated with left atrial compression in a 75-year-old woman who presented with chest pain, shortness of breath, and hypotension after elective hemiarthroplasty of the left hip.
