2. Álgebras bisseriais especiais / Special biserial algebras
Special biserial algebras are a class of algebras that appear in many contexts. Butler and Ringel [6] made a description of indecomposable modules and irreducible morphisms of algebras string, a subclass of special biserial algebras. We show that special biserial algebras which are not string, have only one module projective-injective indecomposable for each

3. Uma condição de injetividade e a estabilidade assintótica global no plano / A injectividade condition and the global asymptotic estability on the plane

4. Injective mappings and solvable vector fields

5. Extensões de Homomorfismos de Subgrupos a Endomorfismos doGrupo
Bertholf and Walls provided a characterization for the class of groups quasi-injective finite. Furthermore, Juriaans, Bastos Azevedo and give a rating for the injective type groups, which are a distinct class of the former despite being quite close.

6. Uma condição de injetividade e a estabilidade assintótica global no plano / A injectividade condition and the global asymptotic estability on the plane
In this work we are interested in the solution of the following problem: Let Y = ( f ,g) be a vector field of class C1 in R2. Suppose that (x, y) = (0,0) is a singular point of Y and assume that for any q ∈ R2, the eigenvalues of DY have negative real part, this is, det(DY) >0 and tr(DY) <0. Then, the solution (x, y) = (0,0) of Y is globally asymptotic

7. Global injectivity for applications between euclidean spaces / Injetividade global para aplicações entre espaços euclideanos
We present some results which give suficient conditions for a local diffeomorphism from the n-dimensional Euclidean space into itself be globally injective. Within this context, we consider some partial results addressed to solve the well known Fixed Point Conjecture and Jacobian Conjecture. From the dynamical point of view, there are connections between glo

8. The cyclotomic trace and the K-theoretic analogue of Novikov's conjecture
A trace construction, the cyclotomic trace, is given. It associates to algebraic K-theory of a group ring, or better to Waldhausen's A-theory, equivariant stable homotopy classes of the free-loop space of its classifying space. The cyclotomic trace detects the Borel classes in algebraic K-theory of the integers. It is used to prove, for a wide class of group

9. Parametrizations of elliptic curves by Shimura curves and by classical modular curves
Fix an isogeny class 𝒜 of semistable elliptic curves over Q. The elements of 𝒜 have a common conductor N, which is a square-free positive integer. Let D be a divisor of N which is the product of an even number of primes—i.e., the discriminant of an indefinite quaternion algebra over Q. To D we associate a certain Shimura curve X0D(N/D), whose
