4. Effects of time and watershed characteristics on the concentration of Cryptosporidium oocysts in river water.
Water samples were collected from four locations on two rivers in Washington State and analyzed by membrane filtration-immunofluorescence assay to establish Cryptosporidium oocyst concentrations.
