1. Similarity as an extension of symmetry and its application to superrationality
Abstract In this paper we present a concept of similarity in games, on which to ground alternative solution concepts, some of which differ from the classical notions in the field. In order to do this we impose a constraint on players’ beliefs that amounts to a variant of the well-known symmetry principle in classical bargaining theory. We show how this sim

2. Where’s the Spin? A DFT Study of Mixed-Valence Cyanide-Bridged Ruthenium Polypyridines
This article discusses the use of density functional theory (DFT) calculations in classifying and characterizing bimetallic ruthenium mixed-valence systems in terms of their electronic localization/delocalization degree. A standard B3LYP/LanL2DZ methodology including integral equation formalism-polarizable continuum model (IEF-PCM) solvent model is evaluated

4. Pulsar binary systems in a nonsymmetric theory of gravitation II. Dipole radiation
This paper deals with the emission of gravitational radiation in the context of a previously studied metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation. The part coming from the symmetric part of the metric coincides with the mass quadrupole moment result of general relativity. The one associated to the antisymmetric part of the metric involves the dipole moment of t

5. Nonexistence of regular stationary solution in a metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation
It is proven that the field equations of a previously studied metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation do not admit any non-singular stationary solution which represents a field of non-vanishing total mass and non-vanishing total fermionic charge.

6. Effect of Nd3 + concentration on the physical and absorption properties of sodium-lead-borate glasses
The effect of increasing the rare earth ion concentration on the physical and spectroscopic properties of Nd3 + doped sodium-lead-borate glasses have been studied for the compositions (10-x) Na2O-30PbO-60B2O3-xNd2O3, where x = 1.00, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75 and 2.00 mol %. Optical band gaps, cut-off wavelengths and various spectroscopic parameters (E¹, E², E³, F2

7. Analogue of the theorem of Birkhoff in a metric nonsymmetric theory of the gravitational-electromagnetic field
We prove that a spherically symmetric exterior solution of the field equations of a metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation coupled with the electromagnetic field is necessarily static.

8. Metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation: the analogue of the theorem of Birkhoff
We prove that a spherically symmetric solution of the field equations of the metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation developed previously is necessarily static. This is the analogue of the well known Birkhoff theorem in general relativity.

9. Interior problem in a ponsymmetric theory of gravitation
The field equations of a previous metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation are considered for the interior of a static spherically symmetric perfect fluid with a view to a study of stellar equilibrium. The equations are put into a form of four first-order differential equations which are ready for numerical integration.

10. Conservation laws in a metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation
The conservation laws associated with a previously studied metric nonsymmetric theory of gravitation are established and their physical significance is discussed. Conservation laws are obtained for the generalized energy and momentum. Some applications of the results are made for a spherically symmetric fluid with a view to future study of stelar equilibrium

11. Ghost free analysis of a nonsymmetric theory of gravitation
The absence of ghost-negative energy radiative modes in a proposed generalized theory of gravitation based on a non-symmetric metric is reanalyzed. The missing contribution of the symmetric sector of the Lagrangian is calculated and shown to be null. The ghost free character of the theory is then firmly established.

12. Deflexão solar do gráviton-energia gravitacional em uma teoria não-simétrica da gravitação. / Solar gravitational deflection of a graviton - Ghost free analysis of a nonsymmetric theory of gravitation.
In this work two problems are studied, as summarized below: Part I - Deflection of the Solar Gráviton. This work calculated the deflection angle of the sun through the graviton your section of the shock of differential scattering. The term for the section of shock is obtained through a semi-classical theory. The result obtained for the angle of deflection o
