1. On the enigmatic troglobitic scorpion Troglorhopalurus translucidus: distribution, description of adult females, life history and comments on Rhopalurus lacrau (Scorpiones: Buthidae)
ABSTRACT We describe for the first time the adult female of the troglobitic scorpion Troglorhopalurus translucidus Lourenço Baptista & Giupponi, 2004, and broaden its known distribution to other sandstone caves at Chapada Diamantina's region. The life history of T. translucidus is reconstructed through morphometric measurements, with a multivariate analysis

2. Tmesiphantes hypogeus sp. nov. (Araneae, Theraphosidae), the first troglobitic tarantula from Brazil

3. Cytogenetic and molecular analyses in troglobitic and epigean species of Pimelodella (Siluriformes: Heptapteridae) from Brazil

4. Two new troglobitic species of Scleropactidae (Crustacea: Isopoda: Oniscidea) from Pará, Brazil
The South America Scleropactidae includes 53 nominal species distributed in 14 genera. In Brazil, there are 16 species recorded in the north and southeast regions. Here, two new species of Scleropactidae are described based on material collected in caves in the state of Pará, both troglobitic and allocated in the genus Circoniscus. Circoniscus buckupi sp. n

5. Capacidade natatÃria de peixes hipÃgeos e epÃgeos: aspectos ecolÃgicos e evolutivos / Swimming performance of hypogean and epigean fishes: ecological and evolutionary

6. Population Studies on an Endemic Troglobitic Beetle: Geographical Patterns of Genetic Variation, Gene Flow and Genetic Structure Compared with Morphometric Data
Highly specialized obligatory cave beetles endemic to the French Pyrenees offer an opportunity to investigate the relative importance of environmental conditions and ecological characteristics on the organization of genetic variability, to describe the genetic structure of populations, and to assess the extent of gene flow between local populations in relati
